Here’s the deal. I weighed 255 lbs ½ yr ago. I’ve lost 82 lbs by eating raw vegan & no sugars. Even though I haven’t really changed the way I eat I’ve gained back 23 lbs in the last 2 mos. Now I’m trying to lose weight again. I drink about 8 c. a day of almond nut milk a day. I also eat about ¼ c. of pumpkin seeds, & ¼ c. of sunflower seeds & 1 c. of soaked walnuts. Is that too much good fat? FYI: I’m also type II Diabetic & not on meds, b/c they didn’t work. Sugar #’s are 500+. Can u help me?
