This cookbook is great! I was happy to see so many great gluten free recipes all in one place for easy reference. The majority of them do not call for any fancy ingredients either. I really like the author’s style too.

|The Coconut Muffins Are Wonderful!,
I love making healthy foods for my family and this book has a lot of great recipes. I’m a huge fan of coconut so I couldn’t resist making the coconut muffins listed in the book and they are wonderful! I also enjoyed the easy way it is written and comments from the author made it more interesting than just a collection of recipes.
