@EpaTurtle Well, how else are you going to make RED velvet cake? You could leave it out, but then it’s really just a dense chocolate cake.

@kaninhh Depending on where you are in the world a cup measurement can be different. eg. Australia cup= 250ml or US cup is = 240….I think the japanese and some other countries is slightly different also.
