Hi! I’m italian. May I ask you how do you call in english the object you use to cook a pie? I need exactly the one you can enlarge. Thank you :)

AbottNCostello January 2, 2011 at 1:02 pm

But you don’t say every thing you put in the sauce, and exactly how much? I’m an American, second generation Italian, living in Sydney. I have only met 1 Italian Australian since I moved here…. guess I have to go to ‘Lycott’ is it? lol

Hi, this is ” la cucina casalinga”, home made style. The purpose will be to promote each persons individuals style of cooking using their own recipe, I am going to showcase senior Italians who live in Italy and those Italians that have emmigrated to other parts of the world such as USA, Canada, Australia etc… I am also in the process of creating a cooking show for ” La Vera Cucina”, this will be based on only authentic Italian regional cooking, so stay tuned.

lucadefran January 2, 2011 at 8:55 pm
