what a Wanker.
@IndianChefShaan ..This jalfrezi looks good i have to try it..anyways her ei smy question, why is it that the restaurant food in India tastes so much better than the food here in the US and Uk..what gives, is it because the chefs here r trying to cook for the american/british tastebuds?? I had a chicken bhuna ina restaurant in Delhi called lazeez affair..the best i ever had if someone goes to Delhi check that restaurant out.

@gg0u41bb
LOL! You need to leave that box you’ve been living in!
Hey buddy, GG on loosing the weight and the recipe looks good.
One thing though, I am very concious about eating right, and coming from Indian origins myself, I know how filling Indian foods can be.
One tip : 4 spoons of oil = 480 calories. You can drop that to 1 spoon if you use a non stick chef’s pan and cook over a lower heat and cover the food.
that looks nice u made me hungry
also , if you want to make it like in indian restaurants , you need to add cream in the receipe after the tomatoes are dissolved , they add cream
but ill give you my lil secret to make it a lil more non-fat. use yoghurt. or if you like it , try out coconut milk
enjoy. and nice video , keep it up
try not using sliced up green chillies. The skin won’t melt in the receipe and will have an itchy feeling in the mouth when you bite in it. What you can do to avoid that is , after ading the water/chicken broth (depending on receipe) , make 2 holes in each chili and add them WHOLE in the pan. Let it boil with the curry. itll taste the same , and no more itchy pieces. also I notice you add water to your curry. try using chicken broth next time.also try dissolving more those tomatoes ^^ thumbs up
I’m gonna *go ahead* and try that out tomorrow!
Thank you so much for this recipe! Even my husband who is hesitant to curry loved it. It was delicious!
