Calm down. Yes, Ken Tanaka is David Ury, but calling him racist is wrong and rude. I’m Asian and am very sensitive about racism, especially when it involves Asians. However, “Ken Tanaka” isn’t a racist caricature of Japanese stereotypes. He’s just a fictional character who goes on random adventures, shares stories & good times with friends, and educates people about getting through a conversation without knowing Japanese in humorous ways. By the way, whoever cooked this dish did a great job but unfortunately, I’m allergic to salmon so they would have to be excluded for me to enjoy this dish. I was looking forward to seeing the Kugel dish. I love Jewish and Japanese cooking and if they’ve been combined then I’d be heaven.
