That’s about the way my Mom taught me how to make it in Houston. Kind of a Mexican Lasagne, LOL. Love it, love it, can make myself sick eating this. Sooooo Gooood.

i have lasagna noodles in my pantry and now that i have seen this i want it. do you think i could use the lasagna noodles in place of the tortilla?

@laughordie72 Campbell’s cream of soups, Rotel canned tomatoes w/chiles or any other, and corn tortillas. It is all tasty, but generic and middle of American USA like a hearty casserrole dish should be!
All but the fresh veggies are available at any Walmart or regular Target in my area.
Remember, this is a casserole, not a superconducting supercollider…no matter what you do, it is gonna taste better the next day!
i put habanero’s and sweet mango habanero sauce in mine! XD
