Also you can make scrambled eggs, microwave some bacon, u can put two eggo whole wheat waffles in the microwave and make yourself a sandwich
If I am in a big rush sometimes I make this drink that is called instant breakfast u just add milk and stir, also I occasionally add yogurt in it too.

@itskaleena then I set in a morning star farms breakfast sausage patty and cover with the lid and put in the fridge in the morning I add a little curry powder and black pepper mix up the veggie and egg whites and cook for 1 minute in the microwave.I like to then cut up the patty with my fork and mix it all together :]
i usually make my breakfast the night before when I have school.In a microwave safe plastic container I steam 1 cup of frozen veggie for 1:30 seconds then I add in 1/3 cup egg whites and cook for another 1:30 seconds in the microwave.
